To ensure that all guests may enjoy a refined and relaxing experience, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following policies.

◆ About Tentative Reservations ◆

◉ All reservations are first accepted as “tentative reservations.”
 Once confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email.
 As seating is limited, we may not always be able to accommodate every request. Thank you for your understanding.

◉ Reservations are accepted until 11:00 PM, 3 days prior to your scheduled visit date. 

◆ Payment Information ◆

We offer two payment options:

(1) Advance online payment for the course fee only,
 with beverages to be paid on the day of your visit

(2) Full payment on the day of your visit

◉ Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will send you an email explaining the advance payment procedure.
 If you wish to pay in advance, please complete the process according to the instructions provided.

◉ If you prefer full payment on the day of your visit, no advance payment procedure is necessary.

◉ If advance payment has not been confirmed by two days prior to your reservation date, payment will be required at the restaurant on the day of your visit.

◆ Dining Information ◆

◉ Allergies & Dietary Restrictions:
 Due to ingredient preparation requirements, guests with allergies or dietary restrictions for religious or other reasons are kindly requested to inform us in advance via the inquiry form.
 Please note that we may be unable to accommodate requests made on the day of your visit.

◉ Children:
 We sincerely apologize, but in order to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all guests, we do not admit guests under 18 years of age.

◆ Visiting the Restaurant ◆

◉ Arrival Time:
 We kindly ask guests to arrive between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

◉ Late Arrival:
 If we do not hear from you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation.
 If you expect to arrive late, please be sure to contact us by phone.

◆ Cancellation Policy ◆

We carefully prepare seasonal ingredients entrusted to us by our producers specifically according to each reservation.
 Therefore, cancellations or changes made shortly before the reservation date (including reductions in the number of guests) will incur the following cancellation charges:

◉ Cancellation of Reservation
 ・The day before: 50%
 ・On the day: 100% (with or without notice)

◉ Changes to Reservation
 ・The day before: 50%
 ・On the day: 100% (with or without notice)
